The Big Chocolate Show returns to New York City for its third year, Friday September 28 through Sunday 30 at The Wyndham New Yorker Hotel and we are going!
Stop by to taste our decadent Fat Ass Fudge AND see me presenting Chocolate in the World of Technology and demonstrating our 3D Chocolate Printer on Saturday at 1:30pm and again on Sunday at 4:30pm.
I’ll be joining more than 200 chocolatiers, artisans, chefs, authors, mixologists and experts from around the world at the show that promises to be NYC’s best chocolate experience yet – from cacao to confection.
